How much does storage cost in Kawartha North?
$150 a month at our yard near Fenelon Falls, or $200 a month for a portable unit delivered anywhere in the K0M or K9V area. Same 8×20 sea container either way.
How does that compare with other storage in the area?
Most storage facilities in Kawartha North charge $225 a month or more for a comparable size. We charge $150 a month for 160 square feet, and we also deliver, which most facilities do not.
Are there hidden fees or setup charges?
On-site: no, $150 a month is what you pay. Portable: a $100 delivery fee when we drop it off and a $100 pickup fee when you are done, plus $200 a month. No admin fees.
How does billing work?
Your first month is prorated: if the container arrives on the 15th, you pay for the rest of that month. After that it is a flat monthly rate billed on the 1st. You can pay your bill online.
Do I need a deposit?
No deposit required.
What payment methods do you accept?
E-transfer and major credit cards.
How do I cancel?
Give us 30 days notice before your next billing date. On-site: empty your unit. Portable: we schedule a pickup. That is it.
